RETURNS POLICY

Defective merchandise may be returned within TEN (10)* days from the date the merchandise was received. All returns must be pre-authorized by Great US Prices and must be shipped back in its original packaging condition (as new). Great US Prices recommends that you insure the returned merchandise for its full value using UPS, FEDEX, or other traceable carriers. Great US Prices is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged. We DO NOT accept COD shipments.

*If a mistake was made or an item is defective please inform us within 5 days from the receipt of your order or the order will be considered complete. If the results are defective, shortcoming, etc. Great US Prices will replace your order. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.

 

Great US Prices is committed to providing as much information as possible, detailing every one of our products, including high resolution pictures to make sure our customers feel confident enough on purchasing the right product: If you would like to purchase any of our products, please read the details of the product before you complete the  order. Acceptable Reasons for Return.
  • Product is damaged, defective or a wrong product.

 

Conditions for Returns
  • Request must be made within 5 days after product was received.
  • Must fill the form below for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product.
  • Product must be complete in its original packaging condition (like new) to qualify for a refund.
  • Product must be returned within 10 days of the date the RMA is issued.

 

Returned shipping costs will be deducted from original transaction.

 

Refunds will be credited to original credit card.
